PBSCCAPI
This program is an interface between PowerBuilder code and the SCC API.
SCEditor
This program is a text file editor that uses the Scintilla text edit control and Brad Wery's
Tabstrip control. It also uses my SCC API component to create a program similar to the
PowerBuilder IDE but for text files. It also is a test case for code I have written to allow
programs to automatically download and install updates.

Virtual Library
This is a demo of a IDE Wizard. It includes files for PB8, PB9, PB10, PB10.5 and PB11.2. The 11.2 one will not work with 11.0 or 11.1. I hope to make a 11.0/11.1 version soon.
